Here is the cute little outfit I am going to be wearing for Valentines. The dress is kind of short so I have to wear leggings with it. And I love my boots. I bought the dress from Wet Seal for about $10.00, the boots came from Wet Seal for about $40.00, and the leggings came from Wet Seal for about $5.00. The nail polish came from CVS for $1.99. Sorry. Don't like the outfit much at all. It looks appropriate for my 10-year-old sister, but extremely juvenile on anyone else.
