This is the comfort grip Cookie Press. It has 12 disk shapes for different cookie shapes, it also has a fluted bottom which raises the Cookie Press off the cookie sheet for better formed cookies. You can find these little guys all over the place, anywhere you can buy baking supplies. I bought mine at Wal-mart for only $5.00, it was half off.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 1/2 cups self-rising Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Thoroughly cream the butter and the sugar. Add the Egg, Milk, Vanilla, beat well. Add the Flour to the cream mixture until it is a smooth dough. DO NOT CHILL. Put the dough into your cookie press and press cookies onto the ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Remove cookies from sheet: cool on a rack.
In this blog I will talk about all kinds of things but mostly shopping, cooking, clothes, love, friends and family, good times and bad times, I have allot of stuff to talk about and want to share my experiences with others! I would really like your thoughts and comments and I will always get back to you if you have any questions or just want to talk about something. I'm always around for a friend in need.
